Refund, Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be canceled and payments refunded if the following conditions are met:
Appointment cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time
The request should be sent through docdrkamal@yahoo.com
Patient name, mobile number, and patient ID should be mentioned in the request
Your appointment cancellation request will not be accepted if the specified conditions are not met.
80% of the appointment payment will be refunded and 20% of the payment will be deducted as service charge within 10 working days from the time of sending the cancellation request.
Change Policy
The date of the appointment can be rescheduled under the following conditions:
Appointment date change request must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time
To change the date of appointment, contact us through our contact number.
The appointment must be rescheduled to a date within the next 7 days from the original appointment.
Your appointment date will be changed only if the above conditions are met
